Multiple step cleaning process
JLM Certified Carpet cleaning uses multiple cleaning steps to achieve the best results. First we pre-treat stains & heavily soiled areas with our safe and special formula of tough cleaning agents. We then agitate to loosen set in stains and soil. Next we hot water extract (commonly referred to as steam cleaning) with a neutralizing agent and deodorizer that removes soil and residue from past cleanings. This step also removes allergens and odors leaving carpets soft, fluffy and clean. We also have special deodorizers and cleaning agents available for pet odors and stains.
